Custom Properties 1.98 has a plugin button under the editor for tagging while editing the article.

It shows up in the following cases:

• Custom Properties Plugin Button is installed
• Custom Properties Plugin Button is enabled
• The article must have been saved

If you want it to appear also in the frontend editor make sure that :

• Frontend tagging is enabled (see component configuration)
  
• The user has the required access level
